External Description
Villa Bevagna is situated on a hill in the Umbrian countryside, near the Medieval village of Bevagna. Located in a panoramic position, it offers a breathtaking view over the Umbrian Valley, Bevagna, Mount Subasio, Assisi and Spello. Furthermore, the main road leading to the villa is paved, in a low traffic area.
The property boasts a private garden, and a beautiful infinity pool (10 x 4,5 m, open from April to October), from which you can admire a wonderful view over the Umbrian landscape. The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a dining area with parasol and table for 8 people.
At guests' disposal also a barbecue and a private parking (for 5-6 cars).
Internal Description
Villa Bevagna is made up of the main building and a dependance, each provided with its own entrance. The entire property can accommodate up to 14 people, has 4 master bedroom suites and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request. Baby bed and high chair are available on request.
Main building: This building is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with sofa, armchairs, dining table for 4 people, and French doors with direct access to the garden. From the large window you can admire a splendid view over the Umbrian Valley.
Following is an equipped kitchen, a laundry room (with washing machine) and a bathroom with shower.
The floor is completed by a master bedroom suite with separate entrance, which can be accessed directly from the garden. Inside the suite you will find a living room (with double sofa bed and tv) and a private bathroom with shower.
The upper floor houses 2 master bedroom suites, each provided with a living room (with double sofa bed and tv) and a private bathroom (one with shower and the other with bathtub).
Also on this level is a living room and an equipped kitchen shared by the 2 suites.
Dependance: The dependance is set on one single level, and features 1 master bedroom suite with a living room (with sofa and tv), an equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Final cleaning; Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Utilities according to consumption (water, gas, electricity); heating during the winter months according to consumption. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,900.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
