We are the new owners of Casa Coco. Casa Coco previously had dozens of positive reviews but the listing does not transfer to new ownership. We have retained the entire staff and we have also made many improvements to the home since purchasing.

Our 3-story Spanish Colonial villa is situated on sandy, Playa de Huanacaxtle 11 miles north of Puerto Vallarta on Banderas Bay in Bucerias, Mexico. We are located within an easy walk of this charming, seaside hamlet and it will provide for most of your needs including groceries, prescriptions, beachwear, gifts and entertainment. Experience the many fine restaurants, shops and the outdoor tourist market while exploring the cobbled streets of this quaint Mexican village.
Our large villa, beachfront location and comfortable sleeping accommodations make for an ideal vacation destination for groups of 10 guests. We are able to comfortably sleep 12 if 4 children or adults can share the bedroom with 2 queens.
NOTE: There is a lot of construction going on in the area and Bucerias in general, that should subside by the spring of 2023. Once completed, this will be one of the best areas in the world, but in the meantime there are some minor inconveniences (noise, dust). We have been working with each guest to ensure they have the best possible experience at the Casa Coco.
