"Ave de Mar" is a stunning new home located two blocks from the beach within the private seaside community of La Playa Estates, offering access to one of the best beaches in the bay.
Guests will have access to La Playa Estates beach club, as well as use of the complex's gym and tennis courts. The distance from the house to the beach will depend on the exit chosen; through the main door, it's a three-block walk, and it's two blocks if you take the back door.
Upon arrival, guests will receive house and beach club regulations and will be required to leave a security deposit equivalent to one night's stay to ensure the good condition and operation of the furniture and property. This security deposit will be returned at check-out, provided the property is in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
