Upon arrival, you'll have a designated parking spot in the garage for your car or golf cart, with additional parking available outside. The condo includes its own golf cart, conveniently parked and ready for use. An elevator takes you to the 4th floor, which is shared with just one other penthouse. Stepping inside, you’ll enter an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, where floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors frame a spectacular view of the ocean and bay. The expansive covered balcony extends along the length of the condo, featuring a private pool, a sectional sofa, and a round dining table with chairs. Two ocean-facing bedrooms also connect to this outdoor space. The well-equipped kitchen is both functional and scenic, offering ocean views while remaining tucked away. Guests are welcome to enjoy golfing with our membership; however, green fees and any additional costs must be paid directly to the golf course.

Interaction with Guests:
We offer you use of our baby items in our storage room. We have 2 pack and plays, one high chair, a small table and chairs for small children, a splat mat, a stroller, wagon and various water floaties and toys.

There is one electric bike and two regular bikes along with one surf/paddle board. There are also child friend utensils in the kitchen.
