The villa comprises 6 beds for adults and a cot for children. The villa is equipped with an access ramp for people with disabilities and chair lift access from garage.

The location offers an excellent solution to stay in the country and as a base for hiking in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. Several beautiful locations in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio are easily reachable for day trips.
The offer is for hospitality only (meals are not provided), but has a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. The area is also rich in restaurants. The rent includes the supply of bed linen and towels, including towels for the pool shower. For stays of multiple weeks, a change of linen and cleaning environments is included. A discount will be offered depending on length of stay. An un-refundable deposit is due at booking time and the balance is due within 15 days of arrival. A supplement for heating expenses us due depending on the season. A written agreement and a deposit are due before the keys will be given a delegate of the owner.
