The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and access to the garden. Additionally, there is a shower/bidet/WC, and a double hand-basin on this level. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, houses a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), satellite TV, and a flat screen. There are four bedrooms: one room with two beds, satellite TV, and a flat screen; one double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC, satellite TV, and a flat screen; another double bedroom with a flat-screen TV; and a double bedroom with a bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin, hydro massage bathtub, and a flat-screen TV.
