Villa Summer Breeze is a splendid villa for rent located in the natural village of Sant'Elmo, 50 km from the city of Cagliari. The charm of the surrounding nature has been integrated into the buildings through the use of the island's typical granite in the construction of imposing trilithons that dot the entire village.

Stone buildings with simple shapes and soft colors immerse themselves perfectly in this oasis of peace and restore a warm feeling of relaxation. The colors of the Mediterranean scrub, its scents and the infinite shades of the sea can be enjoyed from the spacious and comfortable patio consisting of a solarium area, a living area and a large table to be able to pleasantly dine outdoors or to spend some time together.

Internally, this holiday home in Sardinia consists of a comfortable living area which also includes a dining table and is furnished with bright wooden elements resembling the nature of the village. The modern style kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you might need.

The sleeping area instead consists of a spacious double bedroom embellished with sea-colored elements and decorations, and a bedroom with two single beds.
