In February 2021, Costa Rei was awarded the “Travel Blogger Award” by Lonely Planet, the prestigious publishing house that writes travel guides, as it was considered one of the 5° most beautiful beaches in the world. The villa looks out over a nice, private condominium park, 1600 m2 park typical of the Mediterranean flora, which has private parking. The house it is in the centre of Costa Rei, just 150 m from the main road full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, markets, news vendors, banks, and squares with lots of activities on offer. The inside of the house comprises:
A dining/sitting room with air conditioning (23 m2), pellet stove, and stone fireplace; 1 master double room (16 m2) with private bathroom and shower and air conditioning, 1 double room with 1 bed (17 m2) + 1 bed for children available upon request and air conditioning.
Also there is 1 double room with 1 french bed (10 m2) + a sofa bed, another bathroom with shower (4 m2), and a hall way (3.70 m2). It boasts a covered indoor veranda (16 m2) with an amazing panorama and a vimini breakfast set
There is Wi-Fi internet access available 100 Gb weekly.
The outside of the house features:
A covered terrace (45 m2) equipped with table for 8, a stone barbecue and an outdoor kitchen with 4 burners, a garden with pretty lawn (270 m2) and flower boxes, an outdoor shower with hot water and a broom closet (3.5 m2), and a laundry room with a washing machine.
