The Space:
The mansion boasts a plethora of exquisitely designed rooms, each offering a unique charm and comfort. With ample space, there is room for everyone to find their own haven of relaxation. As natural light streams through the large windows, the ambiance becomes even more inviting and tranquil, creating an atmosphere of pure bliss.
Beyond the magnificence of the individual rooms, the common areas of the mansion are equally impressive. Whether you gather in the stylish living room to enjoy lively conversations, embark on a culinary adventure in the fully equipped kitchen, or simply unwind in the cozy lounge area, every moment spent here feels like pure indulgence.
Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The Neighborhood:
Aside from the beaches and water activities, Búzios also boasts a charming town center, known as Rua das Pedras (Street of Stones). This cobblestone street is lined with shops, boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants serving both local and international cuisine. Exploring Rua das Pedras is a must-do for anyone visiting Búzios, as it provides a unique blend of shopping, dining, and people-watching opportunities.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.
Other Things to Note:
Charges for consumption of eletricity, water and employees services are not included.
The house offers 2 staff for cleaning and cooking. However it is not included in the reservation price. You can pay their service directly to them.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
