As you step into the house, you are greeted by a bright and airy living space, adorned with large windows that showcase breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean.
The Space:
The open-concept design allows for a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for spending quality time together.
With six comfortable bedrooms, there is ample space for everyone to unwind and recharge after a fun-filled day exploring Búzios. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features cozy beds to ensure a good night's sleep. Some rooms even come with private balconies, where you can wake up to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.
The highlight of this house is undoubtedly the outdoor area. Step onto the spacious terrace, complete with loungers and a swimming pool overlooking the sea. Spend your days soaking up the sun, taking refreshing dips, or simply enjoying the breathtaking vista that stretches out before you.
Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The Neighborhood:
Originally a small fishing village, Búzios gained international fame in the 1960s when it was visited by the iconic French actress Brigitte Bardot. Her presence put the town on the map, and since then, Búzios has evolved into a popular destination for travelers from all around the world.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Other Things to Note:
Staff, electricity and water are hired and charged as extras.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
