The ground floor features a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The living room opens onto a seaview terrace, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs.

A staircase leads to the first floor which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, and 1 half-bath. The second bedroom has a king-size double bed. The third and fourth bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and a shared sea-view balcony.

On the second floor, the fifth bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be joined together. What distinguishes this floor is its terrace (40 m2), complete with a table and chairs. Additionally, there’s a jacuzzi where guests can relax and enjoy panoramic seaview.

Fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, and a safe, Villa Island Gem offers a comfortable stay. Guests have access to facilities like an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Additionally, there is a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, outdoor barbecue and an outdoor shower. For added convenience, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
