The first floor and high attic are designed as a resting area with six air-conditioned double bedrooms and one single room with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has access to the spacious terrace with outdoor table and chairs, a sun lounger and a breathtaking sea view. Villa Calla has fully centralized air condition and Wi-Fi internet connection, while all bedrooms are equipped with LCD satellite TV. The outside consists of a beautiful garden with greenery, a spacious terrace surrounding the outdoor pool (30 m2 with lights), garden furniture, sun lounger and barbecue with dining table for 10 people. The house offers 4 parking spots for the guests. A buoy for boats is available at request.
