The villa is located in a quiet area just 150 meters from Lake Garda, in a perfect spot for walks, water sports, and moments of relaxation by the lake.
The picturesque center of Lazise, with its restaurants, cafes, and shops, is just a few minutes' walk away. Additionally, the main tourist attractions, such as theme parks and the beautiful towns of Bardolino and Peschiera del Garda, are easily accessible.

NOTES:
Please note that the sofa bed is not the type that opens and closes automatically with the sheets already inside. Every morning, it will need to be disassembled and set up again in the evening before use. Clean linen will be provided for you to arrange.
The tourist tax of €1 per person per night will be collected upon arrival, in cash.
