Located in a Residence, composed of 10 apartments, Villa Olea makes use of the common areas of the residence while giving you privacy at the same time. Built in 2000 it offers a shared swimming pool (10x5m; 1 - 1.4m deep; open from 1/15 of June and closing around September 15), large olive tree garden, barbecue and parking. Just 1.5km away we find the town of Lazise, with shops and restaurants, the nearest restaurant being at 50m. From the accommodation, the beach is about 1.2 km away, as you have to reach the centre of Lazise to access it, as it is not possible to cross the campsites opposite if you are not a guest, for safety reasons.

APARTMENT A
Located on the mezzanine, is composed of a living room with double sofa-bed, kitchen corner with dining area, double bedroom, twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Terrace with views on the swimming pool, equipped with table and chairs.
Facilities: fridge, freezer, washing machine, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi Internet and satellite TV.
APARTMENT B
Also located on the mezzanine level, it is composed of a living room with double sofa bed, table and chairs, kitchen corner, one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with shower and tub. Terrace with views over the pool equipped with table and chairs.
