Villa San Vivaldo is a large and elegant house in the village of San Vivaldo consisting of two apartments connected by a suggestive suspended passage.
Upon your arrival you will find the convenient parking and the characteristic entrance. The large living area with the lounge where a large fireplace could brighten your evenings, the dining area with a large table and the bright winter garden with direct access to the garden.
The kitchen equipped for cooking and equipped with a second fireplace to be used also as a BBQ.
The small toilet is located on the ground floor.
On the first floor are the four comfortable double bedrooms, the double bedroom communicating with a bedroom with two single beds and the two single bedrooms.
The four bathrooms, the living area with fireplace and the small equipped kitchen complete the large house.
The garden is furnished for your summer dinners.
Upon arrival, guests will pay the tourist tax: Euro 4.5 per person (children under 14 do not pay)
During the winter months heating is paid separately (Euro 50.00 per day)
San Vivaldo is a small village in the Tuscan hills, just 15 minutes drive from San Gimignano.
You can take beautiful walks in the surroundings: don't forget to visit the Jerusalem of San Vivaldo, an evocative place with great historical, artistic and cultural value. It includes a series of religious buildings including the convent and the church, dedicated to San Vivaldo and a series of chapels whose arrangement reproduces on a reduced scale the 15th century Jerusalem characteristic via delle cappelle where you can also take guided tours.
Just in front of the house you will find a small grocery store and a restaurant.

About 10 minutes by car you will find the village of Montaione where there are shops for shopping, the pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
It is recommended to arrive by car.
