The villa is located right outside the picturesque hamlet of Iano, whose origins date back to the Etruscan times. This is the territory of Montaione which lies on the triangle of the provinces of Pisa, Florence and Siena, ideal starting point to visit S. Gimignano, Volterra and the most beautiful Tuscan artistic cities which can easily be reached by car.

The villa was the former school of the hamlet till the ’70s. It has been completely restored and stylishly furnished with 1900 furniture. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower and can accommodate up to 8 people. The layout of the villa allows each guest to have utmost privacy.

The refreshing pool for the exclusive use of the clients at the villa offers enchanting views of the countryside, also enjoyable from the most part of the windows of the villa.

ACCOMODATION: The villa is 205 square meters and can accommodate 8 persons in 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Completely on the ground floor the villa has three entrance doors with direct access to the garden.

It has a fully equipped large eat-in kitchen with access to a storage room with a second fridge. From the kitchen you enter a spacious living area with dining area separated by a archway from the sitting room with fireplace.

Terrace facing the swimming pool. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning throughout, Satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet connection, separate laundry room with iron and ironing board.

The house is an idyllic place where you can completely relax amongst olive trees. It is ideal for your dream holiday whether if you are having a family reunion, vacations on your own or with a group of friends.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: In the garden is located the swimming pool (6 x 9 meters) with Roman steps and children’s area, a pretty wrought iron gazebo with stunning views towards Volterra, the Val d’Era, gently rolling hills and the opposite hillcock which is one of the three Tuscan islands which surfaced during the Carboniferous period, complete this corner of paradise.

The outside is furnished with wrought iron tables and chairs, sun beds, BBQ, wood burning oven.

The price excludes (to be paid to the property): final cleaning: Euro 190.00; occupancy tax: Euro 1,5 per person per night for the first 6 day of stay (adults and children from 14 years); air conditioning (if used): on consumption, Euro 0.55 per kw; heating (if used): on consumption, Euro 4.50 per unit.

Extra service (on request): extra cleaning: Euro 100.00; baby sitter; cooking classes; cook at the villa; pets allowed (NO in High Season): Euro 95.00 per week.

Keys deposit: Euro 200.00 in cash (It will be refunded on departure, provided that no damages were caused by the client).
