The accommodation is split over two floors with 7 air-conditioned/heated bedrooms and 8 bathrooms (7 en-suite shower rooms plus 1 family bathroom with bathtub) and comfortably accommodates 14 people. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with 2 fridge/freezers so perfectly equipped for large parties plus an L-shaped lounge/dining area with satellite TV, fireplace and staircase. On the first floor, in addition to 5 of the bedrooms is a room with a pool table, sofas and TV which opens out to a large terrace overlooking the pool with an external staircase leading down. The ground floor terraces offer relaxation and dining areas with an outdoor kitchen and built-in barbecue, there is an exterior shower room by the private heated swimming pool (heated low and mid seasons) and sun loungers/umbrellas are provided, the garden is fenced and sits on a plot of 3,000 m². The villa is located less than 2 km from the village of Selva and is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful retreat whilst being centrally placed for exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
