'Son Duri' is a traditional Mallorcan stone house built with charm located in the heart of Mallorca (Inca), surrounded by trees, mountains, 20 minutes by car from the beach and with all the comforts of contemporary life.
The house is built on two floors on a plot of 840 m2, 260 m2 of house, with large terraces with open views of the Serra de Tramuntana.
The house consists of a large living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms (each with air conditioning), three bathrooms, one en suite, and a large kitchen with dining room.
On the first floor is the huge living room with large comfortable sofas and a dining room with stunning views.
On our left we will find the first bedroom. A wonderful double room (180 x 200 cm bed.) With air conditioning, en suite bathroom and a beautiful balcony.
The other 2 bedrooms with air conditioning are on the top floor. There we find a double room (2 beds of 90 x 200 cm.) And another double room with a bed (150 x 200 cm) and a family bathroom.
Next to the living room is a very bright and fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. From here we have a perfect view of the garden and the pool. There is an access that takes us to the cozy porch, the garden and the pool. Without a doubt, we are in the best place of this villa. Here you can feel the breeze, the rhythm of Mediterranean life.
The outdoor area has a large parking area, a lovely pool with garden around, sun beds and sun loungers that make 'Son Duri' the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
