Up the stairs there is a children's area with a TV and the beautiful suites in the house, in total there are 6 bedrooms, 4 of them have a double bed, a room with two single beds and a cot, and the last with 3 beds single, some of them have a balcony with a beautiful view that contemplates the beautiful landscapes of the sky and sea of Angra, others with a view of forest landscape for those who like to wake up and see the leaves with vivid green and beautiful palm trees that adorn the entrance of the house .
The full American-style kitchen has ample space and everything you need to cook, from common dishes to dishes from experienced cooks.
Passing through the living room, we have access to the pool area that has a barbecue and large dining table and gives access to trails in the land, 2 springs and a beach with calm and crystal clear waters. The house has parking space for up to 4 cars and is just minutes from other incredible beaches, the marina of Piraquara and the district of Frade.
CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
