The Space:

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

The crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches make it a paradise for sunbathers, swimmers, and water sports enthusiasts. Getting Around:
Angra dos Reis has an airport, which allows you to reach the city through direct flights, for example.
There is enough open space in the property to land a helicopter.
We can also offer private transportation services such as executive cars, vans, micros and others services to offer you the best possible experience.
Other Things to Note:
The house is operated with a minimum number of 3 staff in 8h shifts, not included in your booking. Extra hours can be negotiated.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Electricity is charged as an extra.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
