Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:
- booking fee 61 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 20 € / person / set (mandatory)
- dog keeping 30 €
The rent includes 150 kwh / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).
Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.
The Space:
Wonderful holiday home on an exclusive property with a private pool in a quiet area.
There is a spacious sun terrace with a covered barbecue area (mobile gas grill) right by the pool. The garden is well maintained and has extensive lawns and mediterranean, richly flowering plants with a tropical flair.
There is a parking space on the property, Internet is available via W-LAN.
Small dog up to max. 10 kg and over 1 year old possible.
For rent is the comfortably furnished ground floor apartment with a large living-dining room (direct exit to the pool terrace), kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning). There is also a third bedroom (without a window) in which one or two children could sleep.
There is another apartment on the upper floor. However, this is usually closed and nobody lives there.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
The Neighborhood:
The house is in a very quiet residential area in Javea, El Tossalet. A security service is on duty at different times.
Getting Around:
Restaurants are within walking distance, supermarkets and various beautiful beaches are within easy driving distance.
