The Space:
Lovely holiday home in typical Spanish style with private pool, private tennis court.
Ideal for families with children as there is a large garden with lawns. The garden is gorgeous. There are many different seating with a private atmosphere.
Available for rental is the apartment on the ground floor (pool-level). There is a large living-dining room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen (with dishwasher) is located outside of the home (next to the apartment entrance).
The garden and pool area is for the exclusive use of tenants.
The decor of the house is older and very simple. There is also internet, which you can also use in the garden.
There are 2 additional mattresses which are suitable for children.
There is another apartment on the upper floor where the caretaker lives (he does not use the pool or garden - the access to this apartment is on the other side of the house).
There is a well-behaved medium-sized dog on the property.
Getting Around:
Restaurants, supermarket and rocky beach are within walking distance. The sandy beach is just a few minutes' drive away.
