Description

Villa Rosario is in a great central position, 10 minutes' walk from Calan Blanes Beach and 15 minutes from the resort centre. The resort has a huge choice of shops and places to eat and drink, as well as a popular waterpark, also easily reached on foot. Plus, the former capital, Ciutadella, is a couple of miles away, and should not be missed! The villa has a lovely garden with a private pool, BBQ and eating area, and includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, as well as WiFi.

Villa Rosario is situated in the area of Calan Blanes, a short walk from the beach and amenities in the centre of the resort. The start of the Strip is within 15 minutes on foot, where Calan Blanes merges into the neighbouring area of Calan Forcat. Here you'll find plenty of places to eat, drink and shop, as well as a great waterpark. The former historic capital, Ciutadella, is a couple of miles away too, and is definitely worth visiting! Our villa Aljub is nearby.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
