Chiara Country Home is a beautiful villa of 800 m2, able to accommodate 14 people, immersed in a private park of oaks and Mediterranean scrub bushes, completely fenced,
a few minutes drive from the historic center of the medieval city of Siena with its beautiful shell-shaped main square Piazza del Campo.
Going up the tree-lined lane that leads to the entrance arch of the house, one has the sensation of entering into another dimension. Among the trees you can see the
three-storey villa, while the private and equipped swimming pool remains in a more intimate and private position, behind the lemon house, in a point overlooking the
hill and the villa itself, surrounded by bushes of lavender, strawberry tree, rosemary, broom: an explosion of colours and scents that captures all the senses.
At guests' disposal a small vegetable garden and chicken coop for vegetables and fresh eggs.
Upon entering the house, you immediately notice the extreme care that the owners put into every detail, elements of furniture chosen with love.
Basement: large and beautiful open space with a large table, sofas and two divan beds (one double and one single), a bathroom with shower.
Ground floor: two double bedrooms with bathroom, finely furnished; Toilet; functional and well equipped kitchen; two living areas, one of which with a fireplace; a beautiful patio equipped for outdoor dining overlooking the garden with barbecue, wood-burning oven and whirlpool tub, where you can enjoy the silence and the sunset over the valley, perhaps while enjoying a glass of good wine.
First floor: large bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed and two bathrooms, two double bedrooms, one of which with a balcony, a bathroom, a small fitness room overlooking the valley, a sitting room, a small study.
Ideal starting point for visiting the Chianti hills, the area of the Crete Senesi, the Val d'Orcia valley and cities and hamlets rich in history and culture such as
Monteriggioni (15 km), San Gimignano (40 km), Volterra (53 km), Pienza (55 km), Montepulciano (62 km).
Attention: the access track from the gate to the house is not suitable for sports or low cars.
The house has a charging plug for electric cars.

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay a € 900.00 security deposit (in cash) on arrival, which will then be returned at the end of the stay after any damages.
