Description

Villa Se Levanto is an utterly delightful detached villa, set within extremely spacious and gorgeous grounds offering a little bit of everything from seclusion, serenity and yet, within easy driving distance of the popular Puerto Pollensa, the historic old town of Pollensa and the charming old town of Alcudia.
We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to offer you this traditionally constructed villa, built over one level and boasting such a bucolic setting. Villa Se Levanto is light and airy, with delightful wood beamed ceilings and wooden shutters providing a courteous nod to some typical Mallorcan tradition.
As charming as the interiors are, it was the exteriors that captured our imagination with a fabulous swimming pool with roman style steps allowing easy access for the young and the elderly alike! This really is a brilliant villa for young families as the gardens are huge, where children can play lots of games on the expansive lawns, and there is even a ping pong table situated in the shade of the al fresco barbeque area, an ideal place to hide from the hotter parts of the day.
Should your roaming instincts get the better of you, then the popular seaside resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia can both be reached within ten minutes by car where you will find gorgeous family friendly beaches and a vast array of lovely cafe bars, restaurants and tourist shops.
Villa Se Levanto is sure to exceed the expectations of anyone wishing to holiday in this exclusive north east coastline of Mallorca.
