Characteristic stone-built house obtained from an ancient water mill, set on a hill immersed in woods with marked routes ideal for walks and mountain bike excursions. Particularly peaceful position, about 4 km from the beautiful town Orvieto. The house is surrounded by several panoramic terracing, set on different levels and crossed by several streams, some of which flow along routes which were carved out of the rock in order to carry the water to the mill. On one of the upper terracing in a panoramic position is a beautiful swimming pool with equipped sun terrace. Equipped terrace for outdoor dining. Simple furniture. LOCATION: 700 m from the new archaeological Etruscan park, 1.5 km food shops, 2 km tennis courts, 22 km Lake Bolsena (bathing, free and equipped beaches). From Orvieto railway station you can get to Rome Termini station in just an hour (there is a train every hour).
