This delightful, natural stone, renovated farmhouse has been lovingly restored by the un-intrusive owners who live next door and is ideal for couples or small families. Ideally located for visiting local attractions such as Siena and San Gimignano the villa is also a short walk from the local village of Pievescola.
The lovely swimming pool to the front of the house is surrounded by lawn and offers great views across the countryside. Inside, the house is traditionally furnished with style and comfort in mind and provides for a wonderful, Tuscan villa experience. In some parts of Italy a tourist tax maybe charged and is payable to Italian Authorities, this will be collected by the key holder or local agent. The cost is approximately €0.60 per person, per night per night and does not apply to children up to 14 years old.
