This semi detachedl luxurious holiday villa is situated in Nea Makri, a seaside resort town just 30 mins drive from Athens International Airport. The house is elegantly decorated, fully air conditioned and is only 50 meters away from a beautiful sandy beach which is awarded a European blue flag every year. Along the beach there is a 4 km pedestrian walkway linking Nea Makri with the historical Marathon town beach. All along the walkway there are palm trees and lawn areas.
