In the garden large outdoor area with BBQ, tables, chairs and parasols for alfresco dining. In the adjacent meadow, for nice moments children and baby playground with sand box and small pool, beach volley net. Restaurant/Pizzeria with a large indoor room and garden ideal for events and ceremonies: it can be reserved upon request for dinners or wedding parties. Upon request and payment a cook is available. Thanks to its position, the property is a good starting point to visit Orvieto (32 km) with its imposing cathedral; Civita di Bagnoregio (10 km), one of the most beautiful villages of Italy. We recommend Bolsena, nice bathing site on the homonymous lake shore, and Montefiascone, famous for its white wine Est- Est-Est. For those who love nature, we suggest an excursion to the WWF Nature Oasis of Alviano Lake (14 km). For a relaxing and shopping day we suggest Viterbo. Roma, the eternal city, is 110 km away: it can be reached by car (motorway E45) or by train (train station in Orvieto- 24 km).
