Minimum stay is one week., Renters must have a car to reach the location.
Villa is two minutes form Isola Rossa port and village (plenty of restaurants and stores to visit). Famous beaches nearby are (Li Feruli/two minutes by car)--Tinnari (wonderful and recommended), Costa Paradiso and others within 20 minutes drive.
Villa is in a quite area Named Li Scalitti near Isola Rossa, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
Newly build construction, it offers spacious rooms (one suite with full bathroom). It can host up to 7 to 9 people with the full sofa bed. It has very large living room and open space outside with terrace and porch, for dining and enjoying the sunsets . It has also a porch on the backside for barbecues.
