The Space:
Modern luxurious villa of two levels, fully equipped, with internal staircase, that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. On the spacious terraces of the house you will enjoy unique sunsets and the magical view of the sea.
The ground floor consists of an open-plan living area with a fully functional and equipped kitchen and a large modern living room. On the ground floor there is also a comfortable sofa bed a spacious balcony and a bathroom.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms, each one with a double bed, and the fourth one with a double bed and a single one along with a comfortable bathroom with a shower. Upstairs you will relax on the large balcony with magnificent sea view.

The Neighborhood:
The villa resides in the area of Agios Aimilianos, just 200 meters away from the beach and the beautiful little port of Kounoupi.
In a distance of 5km is Porto Heli, where you’ll find everything you might need during your stay such as a super market, a bakery, coffee shops, café-bars and restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy, gas station and many local shops of every kind.
The area is full of beaches, organized and not, for every taste. Just a few are Kounoupi(1.2km), Agiou Aimilianou(1.3km), Xrisi Akti(1.8km), Limanaki(2km), Kosta(4.5km) and Porto Heli(5km). There are also multiple beaches and small natural ports waiting for you to discover them.
The history and cultural points of interest that the area offers will amaze you. Visit the ancient city of Alieon(5.2km), the cultural museum of Kranidi(12km), the archaeological site of and theater of Epidavros(60km) and the majestic castle of Palamidi(76km).
Nature lovers have a wide variety of activities to choose from. There are a lot of beaches nearby that offer a wide variety of water sports, also a sailing school, a scuba-diving school as well as excellent spots for fishing. Rent a bike from one of the many rental bicycle shops and enjoy wonderful bike rides. Go hiking at Katafiki canyon(20km), visit the caves of Fraghthi(18km) and Didimon(26km) and take a walk in the picturesque villages of Koilada(17km) and Didimon(25km).
Go on an excursion at the beautiful islands of Spetses and Idras, with the characteristic Aegean architecture or visit the cosmopolitan towns of Kosta(4.5km) and Ermioni(23km) with the intense nightlife.
