The villa is within walking distance to a choice of bars and restaurants as well as the natural pebble beach of Las Coloradas Residential area. What’s more, you will be less than 10 minutes’ drive from the center of Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada Beach and 5 minutes from the fashionable Rubicón Marina. Either by car, by bike, or by walk you will be able to enjoy the most beautiful State Park and the beach of Playa Papagayo. If you like running and or cycling it is a perfect location too. Air conditioning/heating in bedrooms, kitchen, and lounge, a heated private pool, parking and wifi are available.

There is a private swimming pool with Roman steps and a sunbathing elevated terrace so you can soak up the Canarian sunshine whilst enjoying the volcanic landscape and a corner of the sea. The covered part of the terrace houses an exterior dining set which together with the BBQ are all much-needed ingredients for the alfresco way of living. Pool/billiard and Ping pong tables are available. An outdoor shower is located next to the pool.

Entrance
There is off-road parking available outside the villa and steps lead up to the elevated pool area where the main entrance is located.

Living space
The open plan living area consists of a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. There is a comfortable L seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a patio double door opening onto the covered terrace. a few wooden steps lead to the kitchen and dining area with its good size, wooden dining table in front of the window. From the kitchen, there is access to a separate washing and drying technical area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are two bedrooms - a double with an en-suite bathroom and a twin - in the villa. The bedrooms are homely and have ample storage space. There is also a separate bath and shower room. A swimming pool shower is available on the terrace.
