Description
Villa Ondina has a large lawn, a private beach and a lakeside terrace. The land, completely fenced, makes the villa ideal for holidays with children. The Villa is furnished in a simple and modern style, from many of its rooms you can enjoy the view of the lake. The interior spaces are large and the kitchen is fully equipped. Outside you can cook on a professional barbecue. Behind the villa it is possible to park three cars. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Please be informed that in the event of an explicit ban on travel by the authorities for reasons related to Covid-19 (even for those who have a "green pass"/"EU digital COVID certificate") and therefore inability to reach the holiday home we will offer you the possibility to change the dates of your stay within 2022 or to have a refund for the cancellation if made at least 14 days before check-in. However, in case of cancellation, we would charge €100 to cover our operating expenses.
Especially during Corona-virus we need to ensure ideal cleanliness to curb cross-contamination and bacteria/virus breakouts.
Therefore we have improved our cleaning procedure, after the normal cleaning we sanitise all the house using product labeled with PMC ( Presidio Medico Chirurgico ), which are the only approved products to kill bacteria/viruses.
Moreover on request we can make an Ozone treatment which is one of the world's best non-chemical sanitisers and smell removal. This machine allow to deeply purify a room, even all the textile, mattress, pillows… It eliminates all bacteria and virus that a previous guest might have left. The extra cost for this treatment would be calculated on request.
On request we can provide a home chef service. Bed linen, towels and beach towels included. For stays of minimum 7 nights, towel change and mid-stay cleaning included. For stays of at least 14 nights change bed linen in mid-stay included. If you have special needs or restrictions, please let us know before booking so that we can advise you in choosing the most suitable accommodation.
