Ideal for an escape from the every day hustle and bustle, enjoying the cool summer evenings under the patio equipped for your meals outdoors, or admiring the enchanting panorama while bathing in the pool! At guests' disposal there is also a fitness room with gym equipment (pedal board, weight training bench, abdominal bench, jump rope), yoga mats and pilates softball. As a further added value we remember the large enclosed outdoor areas, ideal for hosting your inseparable four-legged friend. Nature and excursions enthusiasts can take pleasant walks in the woods, while the more sporty ones can set off on cycling tours through the scenic inland roads! The strategic location of the house allows you to reach in half an hour some essential stops of your stay in Tuscany: Florence at 35 km, with its historic center to be discovered with art, culture or shopping itineraries; Siena at 45 km, world-wide famous thanks to the Palio horse race, which is held every year on July 2nd and August 16th in the beautiful Piazza del Campo; Pisa at 90 Km, with the complex of Piazza dei Miracoli, among which the famous Torra Pendente stands out. Not to mention the lively localities of the Tyrrhenian coast, including Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio with its Carnival or Cecina, a famous seaside resort, which can be reached within an hour's drive. The owners live in a private portion of the house, with an independent entrance. The house is divided in two separate units, not interconnected.
