Very nice holiday home with private pool in the immediate hinterland of Varazze, pearl of the Riviera di Ponente, in the province of Savona. The holiday home is very comfortable and has large private grounds equipped with table tennis, a large, only through removable solar collectors heated (and therefore the water temperature is strongly weather-related) swimming pool (70 m²) and a relaxation room next to the pool. The accommodation is spread over four levels: a basement with a large garage for three cars and a gym. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen with direct access to the garden, equipped terraces and barbecue aera, a laundry room and a guest toilet. On the first floor are four bedrooms (one with balcony and one with walk-in closet) and two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi. One of the bedrooms on the first floor is closed only by a curtain.On the second floor is the fifth double bedroom with balcony, private bathroom and access to a large, furnished terrace. Guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and spend relaxing moments on the veranda, outdoor dining area overlooking the sea or in the barbecue area with sun loungers, tables and hammocks. An outdoor Jacuzzi for 5 people is available. The property is completely fenced with garage inside. The location is ideal with a variety of tourist destinations: Varazze, Genoa, Nice, Portofino, the Langhe, and is ideal for pleasant walks in the countryside between olive trees, the typical Mediterranean vegetation and ancient and characteristic churches. Bath towels are available on request and for a fee. There is a minibus shuttle service with several daily trips to the station or to the center.
