On the ground floor there is a recreation room, the living room is on the first floor while the bedrooms are in the attic. The holiday home is ideal for a family who want to spend a holiday away from the city crowd, close to nature and on the fresh air. From the covered terrace you can enjoy a view of the river Kupa, which is very hot in the summer so you can swim in it. Enjoy the whirlpool tub on the terrace overlooking the river. Behind the river there is a private beach with a small dock for boats. About 400m to the house are not paved.
