Description
Entire villa of traditional Sicilian architecture, with swimming pool, large park, gazebo with sitting area, barbecue and outdoor shower, is a place full of charm. The accommodation, finely furnished and air-conditioned, spread over two floors. On the ground floor: the living room, the bedroom (with a bed), the bedroom (with two beds), the bathroom with shower, the kitchen and the laundry room with closet. On the first floor: the bedroom (with a double bed), with bathroom and shower (ensuite room).
Parking inside the property, fenced in all its perimeter, which is accessed by the automated gate, which leads directly onto the Via Unità d'Italia.
The villa is located in an urban area of new expansion, extremely quiet and relaxing, just a few minutes drive from the historic center of Agrigento. The district is equipped with all services (shopping centers, bars, pastry shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, pharmacy, bank, medical service and hospital).
Suitable for travelers with cars, not suitable for wheelchairs.
It is an ideal base for day trips to the Valley of the Temples (km 10), to the beaches of the coast (km 16), to the Scala dei Turchi (18) and also to reach all the cities of Sicily, in particular: Palermo (km 128), Sciacca (km 71), Catania (km 166) and Syracuse (km 216).
The owner will access the park, for the ordinary maintenance of the pool (on average every three days). The use of the structures and equipment present in the lodging and in the appurtenances (for example: swimming pool, bathrooms, showers, boiler, kitchen and appliances) must take place with care and observing the normal diligence. The owner declines all responsibility for any damage caused by the use of the reduced facilities and equipment.
The accommodation is managed in a non-business form, without the provision of additional centralized services and / or accessories and granted with a pure real estate lease for tourist purposes pursuant to art. 1571 and following c. c. and of the art. 1, paragraph 2, letter c, L. 431/98.
