This traditional country house with private swimming pool is located near the town of Rocca di Papa (2,2 km), with a completely fenced garden surrounded by a wood providing the utmost privacy. The house has a very nice equipped for outdoor dining protected by the sun by a pergola. There are various further seating areas that can be used during the summer months. The private above-ground pool is fully equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and sun umbrella, barbecue and small playground for children. The villa is spread over 2 levels, and has been furnished with great care and attention the furnishing giving the house a very comfortable and elegant feel. For the convenience for the guests the house is air-conditioned enduring a good night sleep even during the hottest months of the year. On the first floor there is a further terrace where guise can relax during the day. The house has three nicely sized bedroom and two bedrooms that have been updated to a good standard. The excellent central position of the house allows our guests to easily reach the most famous tourist places of the area, such as Frascati (6,5 km), Grottaferrata (3,8 km), Marino (5,3 km), Albano (8,1 km), Rocca di Papa (2,2 km), Castel Gandolfo (7,4 km) and Genzano di Roa (8,4 km). Lake Albano with its sandy beach is only 8,2 km away; Lake Nemi at 12.2 km, and the next sandy beaches at 37,5 km distance. Rome is only 28 km away and can easily be reached by train from the nearby train stations of Frascati or Albano. Nearby thermal baths Acque Abule in Bagni di Tivoli, at 35,5 km.
