The Masseria has eight apartments in all, seven on the ground floor and one master on the first floor, all characterized by beautiful star and barrel stone vaults.
The central area consists of the large oil mill, built in 1846 and in use until the 1960s, still retains its original features today. There are 3 types of presses: in wood, the so-called mammarelle, in cast iron, and in steel, operated with a hydraulic hand pump. The millenary olive grove, which boasts plants that are said to have been planted by veterans of the Punic wars, more than 2000 years ago, remained in its original sixth, without any modification or thickening, and covers about 35 hectares straddling the municipalities of Cisternino and Fasano.
