The location is strategic for visiting the region of Tuscia in the northern part of Lazio. Civitavecchia and its harbor is 21 km away, Viterbo with its thermal baths of Papi 51 km. The property is on two levels: ground floor with spacious living room with single sofa bed and dining area, kitchen with direct access to the garden, toilet. First floor: double bedroom with access to balcony with sea views, double bedroom with balcony with pine forest view, bedroom with bunk bed with balcony with pine forest view, bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have mosquito nets.
