The accommodation is on several floors reachable through an elegant external staircase. On the ground floor (which can be accessed independently): kitchen-living room, two bathrooms with shower and double bedroom and fitness area and games. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom and sea view, and another three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From the living room you can access the beautiful outdoor area with barbecue and terrace heater where you can enjoy your lunches, dinners or relax while sipping a good glass of wine overlooking the sea. The area is ideal for visiting Latte (5 km) with its shops and bays, but also the renowned Balzi Rossi (9 km), the famous "Gardens of Villa Hanbury" (6.7 km away), a splendid botanical garden created in 1867, and the famous Sanremo, with its cycle path that crosses the Riviera dei Fiori (26.9 km). This is also a strategic point to visit the French Riviera with its sandy beaches (Menton 12 km), the Principality of Monaco (28 km) and the beautiful Nice (42 km). Inside the property are available two parking spaces (not closed), unpaved access road of about 200 m.
