The outdoor site stretches for over one hectare and it’s completely fenced, which makes this cottage particularly suited for guest travelling with their four-legged-friend. Two renowned towns of the Region, Todi and Spoleto, within easy reach in less than 30 minutes’ drive. Full-day excursions can be organized to other tourist destinations, such as Terni 25 km, Spoleto 25 km, Perugia 60 km, Rome 100 km. The cottage is divided into six apartments, located on the ground and first floor; five of them feature a living room with kitchen corner, one apartment has a larger kitchen, where group meals can be prepared. The estate includes an annex used as dining room for group meals. The ground floor features three apartments, with independent entrance. APT1: large kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet (without shower). APT2 and APT3: living room with kitchen corner and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Two flights of stairs lead to three apartments on the first floor. APT4: living room with kitchen corner and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. APT5 and APT6 are connecting (through one bedroom), each with independent entrance: living room with kitchen corner and sofa bed, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Fireplace in APT5. The annex is a building close to the cottage used as dining room, with tables and chairs for group meals. It’s composed of two rooms, one of which is not available (storage room). Some rooms have beamed ceilings.
