Only a 5 min drive or a 20 minute walk to Playa Dorada beach. Pack a cool-box with a picnic and plenty of drinks: you won't want to move once you get there.

Set in a tranquil location and only a few minutes drive from an array of beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants/bars, Playa Blanca town centre, the Water Park and the stunning Rubicon Marina. What more could you ask for!

Features of the villa include 1 large beautifully furnished living / dining room on the first floor which has dual aspect windows and a patio door that leads out onto a sunny terrace area.60 inch flat screen television. Brand new high gloss kitchen with soft close doors which is fully equipped so you have the option of eating in if you want to.

Outside you will find your own private pool with 10 sun loungerst. Relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

The outside pool can be heated at an extra cost of £77 per week.
The hot tub can be hired at an extra cost of £77 per week.
Aircon is available at an extra cost of £11 per day.
For trips under 7 days if you require the pool heating or Jacuzzi you will still be charged the cost of a week.
