The cottage rests on the border between Umbria and Le Marche, offering a relaxing holiday. The town centre with the grocery shops, restaurants and nightlife pubs is at a distance of 2 km. A short drive brings you to the sea and beach, where you can swim, sunbathe, play and watch sunsets. From here, the cities of Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi, land Perugia are easily reachable. In the fenced garden, you can enjoy healthy breakfasts and linger all day long. For the evenings, the barbecue set up on the private terrace is perfect. There is an oven to bake cakes and pizzas as per your wish. Children can entertain themselves on the playground or play table tennis. You may use the available bicycles to explore the region. A pet is allowed for an additional fee.
