Moreover, there is a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. The highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic outdoor area with a terrace, which has an unobstructed view of the village and the mountains in the distance. Enjoy delicious meals freshly prepared on the grill and end the evening with a glass of wine under the starry sky. A spacious garden on the ground floor as well as a pool provide for wonderful holidays under the warm sun. You can reach a supermarket and a small selection of restaurants after only 200 m or 3 minutes on foot and the sandy beach Spiaggia di Chia Sa Colonia is 2.5 km or 6 minutes by car away. The sandy beach of Spiaggia Su Giudeu is a 7-minute drive (4.1 km) from the property and the centre of Pula, with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, is a 22-minute drive (19 km) away. Parking is available on the property. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
