The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the southern climate. The magnificent swimming pool, measuring 7x4m and with a depth range of between 0.8 and 1.6m, is ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. All around you will find sun loungers where you can relax while you get a tan, as well as a barbecue and several furnished areas where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions while enjoying the magnificent views of the nature. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The interior of the two-storey house is decorated in a typical Andalusian style. On the ground floor are the communal areas, where you will find two living rooms perfect for relaxing. One of them has a fireplace, AC, Smart TV and DVD player. The dining room is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the house. There is also a toilet on this floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which is cooled by an air conditioner in the corridor. Here you will find the 6 bedrooms, all with fan, wardrobe and radiator. The first bedroom has a trundle bed and the second has two single beds. The third bedroom has the largest capacity, with 3 single beds, a bunk bed and a trundle bed. The remaining three bedrooms have a double bed (one of them also has a double sofa bed) and en-suite bathroom. Of these, two are en-suite with shower, while another has a shower and bathtub. Another bathroom with shower serves this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair. If you feel like working out, you will find a gym in an annex building. There is an extra lounge, dining room and bathroom available for an extra charge.

If you want to enjoy a holiday surrounded by tranquillity and privacy, this is the ideal place for you. Enjoy the wonderful views, stroll through the extensive hectares of organic olive groves and Mediterranean forest that form part of the estate while enjoying the company of wild animals. If you wish, take a walk or cycle along one of the many trails nearby. Pozoblanco is the nearest town, where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay. Although the sea is far away, you can visit the reservoir of La Colada, which has a recreational area where you can swim.
