This is a typical, former farmhouse, with living area on the 1st floor and a central living room with fireplace. The rooms on the ground floor are closed. The decor is simple but functional, in country style. Around the house is a spacious plot with well maintained pool area and panoramic terrace, sitting area with barbecue; Table tennis. - This independent house is set about 2 km from the apartments ITS161,162,163 (they belong to the same landlord); Access via a dirt track (4 km) which is not suitable for lower or sport cars.
