Tucked down a quiet lane but close to the centre of Combe Martin, Brookville has a lot to offer guests who visit this wonderful part of Devon. This semi-detached house has been presented and equipped to ensure that guests unwind during their stay. From the comfortably furnished bedrooms and great kitchen for socialising, to the enclosed private garden, Brookville is the perfect place to call home during your holiday. Combe Martin is a very popular coastal village. There is a bustling centre with a good array of shops, cafés and pubs, and the beach is ideal for rock pooling at low tide. It has become a renowned place to learn and do some kayaking the sea. The backdrop of the stunning and dramatic coastline make for some great memories.

There is a huge variety of things to see and do during your stay in North Devon. Combe Martin Wildlife Park is a must during the summer months. Nearby Ilfracombe has a bustling harbour offering boat trips, and there is a wide choice of shops and local amenities. Ilfracombe is also home to the Tunnel Beaches and the Landmark Theatre. Other highlights of the area include the seaside towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, connected by the famous cliff railway.

Exmoor National Park has some spectacular scenery and walking for all abilities. There are great surfing beaches at Woolacombe and Croyde, or you can hire a bike and cycle the Tarka Trail. Arlington (National Trust) and RHS Rosemoor are also worth a visit. For young families, Watermouth Castle is just around the corner from Combe Martin. There is golf and fishing nearby, and walking on the South West Coast Path is a must. Shop 500 yards, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

There are currently bats nesting in the attic of this property, which canot be removed at present as they are nursing and are a protected species. The Environment Agencies and Bat Protection are involved and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
