Description

Just an hour from Rome or Florence, Villa Volante is a country resort style villa set on a luxurious estate and vineyard. There is both an indoor pool (in the villa itself), and an outdoor pool (5 minutes drive away as part of an entirely renovated 13th century tower on the estate), a huge ancient wine cellar, and picturesque sculpture gardens.
Just renovated, this property also houses a popular winery where “out of time” tastings can be arranged. The suspended gardens add a real tranquillity to the estate and offer stunning views over the Lazio region.
This is your chance to immerse yourself right within the rural lifestyle of central Italy, and enjoy the wine culture and laid back attitude that make this area so special, all whilst staying in your own historic castle!
** Please note the property is positioned close to the Umbrian boarder but actually located in Lazio**
