Description

As the sun rises on Italy's most southern tip, wake up to the sounds of the birds chirping and the fresh country breeze rustling through the trees. This modern home away from home is an idyllic location for friends or family looking for a getaway that feels secluded and relaxing, while still being a short drive from civilisation.

Upon arriving at the property, guests are welcomed into a contemporary oasis, surrounded by lush trees. Wander up the garden path to the resort-like villa, in your own slice of paradise.

The spacious and airy open plan living and dining space is the perfect place to begin and end the day. Start by preparing a full Italian-style breakfast, cold meats and cheese from the local markets with pastries galore from the local bakeries. As the sunlight trickles in the large floor-to-ceiling windows, plan your day's exploration or scope out the pool chair to call your own. After a long day, retreat back to your Italian home and relax in the large, cosy couches with a good book or a film.

Meals can be prepared in the fully-equipped, and very modern kitchen. Enjoy snacks at the breakfast bar, and take feasts to the large glass dining table or to the outdoor dining area.

Exploring is tiring work, so get a restful nights sleep in one of the three double bedrooms, all of which offer air-conditioning. Each have plenty of storage for your belongings. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

Of course, the real showstopper of this villa is the outdoor area. The large private pool takes centre stage, surrounded by sun loungers for some sun worshipping. There's a lovely seating and dining spot, the ideal place to watch dusk wash over the countryside. Outside, guests will also find a barbecue and preparation place, complete with a sink. There's even a bathroom and outdoor shower, after all, with an outside space like this why head inside?
